We are seeking a Data Architect to design and implement enterprise data solutions that support our analytics and operational reporting needs.

- Develop and maintain data models, data warehouses, and cloud-based data platforms to support analytics and reporting
- Architect and optimize Azure SQL Database, Data Factory, and hybrid cloud solutions for scalability and security
- Oversee ETL pipelines using SSIS, Python, Power Shell, and API integrations to ensure seamless data flow between systems
- Establish data governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational data standards
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals
- Design efficient queries, indexing strategies, and data partitioning for high-performance data solutions
- Support the integration of AI-driven analytics and automation into Deaconess's data ecosystem
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or database development
- Expertise in SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, SSIS, and Data Factory
- Proficiency in Python, Power Shell, C#, and API-based data integration
- Experience with BI tools like Power BI and Tableau
- Strong understanding of data modeling, database performance tuning, and data warehousing
- Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance in a healthcare environment
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Snowflake
- Hands-on experience with RPA (UIPath) integration into data workflows
- Familiarity with machine learning and AI-driven analytics
