Customer Relationship Representative

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for providing customers with a virtual branch experience. This role will be part of the initial contact team for customer inquiries, including interest in our products and services, assistance with consumer digital products, lending questions, and providing solutions for any customer dissatisfaction.

• Leads by example by demonstrating excellent customer service skills
• Listen to customers to understand their concerns and needs and offer possible solutions
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships by enhancing customer engagement
• Cross‑sell and provide referrals across business lines
• Understand policies, procedures and evaluate risk
• Commit to accuracy and professional follow‑through
• Communicate professionally in oral and written form and follow up when corresponding with employees and customers
• Multitask and prioritize job responsibilities while maintaining organization
• Identify weaknesses in current bank processes to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
• Adhere to 1st Security Bank’s core values, policies and procedures
• Support management decisions and goals in a positive, professional manner and represent the bank with integrity
• Work with minimal supervision
• Perform other duties as assigned
