Responsibility & RoleThe Delta Hotels by Marriott Seattle Everett is seeking a Guest Service Representative to join our team. In this role you are the heartbeat of our lobby—delivering sharp, attentive service that turns a routine stay into a truly memorable experience. Whether a guest is arriving after a long day of travel, checking out after a productive trip, or needs something handled quickly in between, you make it seamless.
In essence, you are the first impression, the warm welcome, and the reason guests leave smiling.
- Active listening skills and a real curiosity about what guests need
- Clear, professional communication, written and verbal
- Comfort with front desk systems, PMS platforms, and standard office equipment
- Solid cash handling and operational math skills
- Familiarity with front office operations and emergency procedures
- The ability to adapt quickly, stay organized, and hold a high standard of service throughout every shift
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year experience providing customer service directly to the public
- Hotel guest service experience preferred
- Opera Property Management System (PMS) / Marriott systems experience preferred
- Full-time
- Variable schedule;
Must be available weekends and holidays
- $20.77 to $21.54 per hour/DOE

Medium Work:
Exert up to 50 lbs occasionally, up to 20 lbs frequently, and up to 10 lbs constantly to move objects.
Position requires ability to stand behind front desk for up to 8 hours, visual acuity to analyze written information and view computer terminal, and ability to express and exchange information by means of the spoken word.
Must be able to stand, pull, grasp, see, crouch, lift, hear, reach, push, perform repetitive motions, and talk as required by the job.
