Janitor - Everett

Alliance Building Services, a full-service building maintenance company, is hiring daytime janitor for our Everett locations. We focus on providing high-quality maintenance service for our customers and the people who use their buildings. As a daytime Janitor, you will have an important role in keeping our clients’ spaces clean and sanitary. This job is a good fit for people who can work alone or with a team.

The schedule will be Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm. We offer different schedules and competitive pay.

• Complete general indoor cleaning tasks
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms regularly
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Dust and wipe surfaces
• Empty trash bins

• Previous janitorial experience preferred
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Comfortable using a backpack vacuum for long periods
• Must be 18 years or older

Pay ranges from $21.30 to $23.30 per hour
, with opportunities for bonuses and overtime.
