Electrical Assembly Lead; H​/F - Northwest Aerospace Technologies, INC.

Position Summary

Electrical Shop Lead is responsible for following process and procedures for product assembly and for the overall performance and training of the Assembly area.

• Maintain a qualified and adequate workforce.
• Maintain the appropriate equipment and fixtures to support NAT's manufacturing programs.
• Ensure quality of all parts and meet completion schedule.
• Identify schedule conflicts and other part issues and develop effective solutions.
• Participate in make‑buy decisions.
• Verify accuracy of a Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Create and close Job Orders properly.
• Create work assignments for individuals.
• Assemble/install components into furniture.
• Assemble components such as connectors, wire bundles and wire kits.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Production supervisor.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Preferably 5 years of experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• FAA A&P certificate desirable but not required.
• ERP experience preferred.

• Ability to communicate orally with others (subordinates, management, vendors).
