Urology Physician Assistant / Urology Nurse Practitioner

$10,000 Sign on Bonus

Optum WA is seeking a Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established urology team in Everett or Arlington, WA. This is an opportunity to practice general urology in a collaborative, well‑supported environment with access to advanced technology and surgical facilities.

As part of a clinician‑led organization, you’ll work alongside experienced urologists while delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care within an integrated care model.

Position Highlights
  • Join a team of 3 Urologists and 1 APC
  • Access to two Xi DaVinci robots
  • Surgical cases at Everett, Edmonds, and Arlington ASCs
  • Inpatient care at Providence
  • Flexible scheduling
    , including a 4‑day workweek
  • Shared community call (1:6, moving to 1:8 when fully staffed)
  • Average 20–28 clinic patients/day
  • Epic EMR with DAX AI
  • Dedicated 1:1 MA support
    ; RN team support
Practice Scope
  • General urology for men and women
  • Broad case mix including nephrectomy, urinary diversions, and endourology
  • Must be comfortable with a wide range of urologic conditions (no sub‑specialization)
Primary Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and manage urologic conditions using evidence‑based care
  • Perform procedures and provide patient education
  • Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
  • Document care accurately and timely in the EMR
  • Participate in team meetings and quality initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
  • National certification (ANCC/AANP for NP or NCCPA for PA)
  • Active or eligible Washington State NP or PA license
  • Current BLS certification
