Compensation
- Hourly rate: $21–$34 per hour (minimum wage locally)
- Performance incentives (annual or quarterly)
- Premiums $0.35–$3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed

Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They maintain the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area and keep a safe environment.
