Job Summary
Pay: $20.80/hr + $1330/month targeted commission (total $28.49/hr).

Responsibilities- Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
- Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence.
- Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
- Answer any questions customers have on current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade service levels, and process all general service requests.
- Act as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
- Provide expert‑level understanding and passion around technology, especially around Comcast products and services.
- Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
- Contribute to a fun and competitive environment by connecting products and services to customers’ everyday lifestyles.
- Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Adjust to a full‑time, flexible, variable work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
- Ability to carry and/or lift 25‑pound boxes and stand and move about the store constantly.

Base Pay: $20.80 per hour.
Targeted Commission: $1,330 per month.
Total Target Compensation: $28.49 per hour (base pay plus targeted commission).

EducationHigh School Diploma / GED.
ExperienceRelevant work experience: 2–5 years.
