The role:

To handle calls, email enquiries and issues covering all aspects of the customer base, ensuring CRM is accurately updated Support the TCSA Team (Technical Customer Service Advisor) in the process of administrative procedures Support the customer base with general enquiries and process genuine warranty claims quickly through workflow Manage inbound service request bookings on CRM system General customer communications The person:
