Overview

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Medical Negligence Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its established team in the centrally located Exeter office.

• Manage their own caseload of medical negligence matters effectively.
• Handle claims involving Hospital Trusts, GPs, Dentists, and Ambulance Trusts.
• Deliver accurate, reliable legal work in line with the firm’s risk management procedures.
• Stay up to date with developments in medical negligence law.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, contacts, and referrers.

Skills and experience required:

• Be able to demonstrable experience in medical negligence litigation.
• The ability to manage a varied caseload with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to nurture lasting client relationships.
• A commitment to delivering excellent client service with transparency of costs.
