Technical Services Manager (MEP) Fit-Out Central London £80,000 £ 100,000  Package | Full-Time | Site-Based We are working with a growing, forward-thinking contractor delivering high-end commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across Central London. Due to a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to appoint a Technical Services Manager (MEP) to support delivery across multiple fast-paced projects. This role would suit someone early in their leadership journey who is looking to step up and take more ownership within a supportive, high-performing team.

You will play a key role in managing MEP services across fit-out projects, working closely with project teams to ensure smooth coordination from design through to handover. This is a great opportunity for someone who is ambitious, driven, and looking to grow into a senior leadership role over time.

The Role Manage and coordinate MEP services on fit-out projects Support design development and technical reviews Work closely with subcontractors, consultants, and site teams Assist with procurement and package management Ensure delivery aligns with programme, quality, and cost targets Help resolve technical issues and coordination challenges Support commissioning and handover of services Maintain high standards of health & safety and compliance About You Background in Mechanical or Electrical Building Services Experience as a TSM / Assistant TSM / MEP Manager / Project Engineer Proven experience on fit-out or commercial projects Understanding of MEP coordination and delivery Strong communication and organisation skills Ambitious, proactive, and keen to develop your career Based in or able to commute to Central London Whats on Offer £80,000 £ 100,000 salary Strong project pipeline across Central London Opportunity to progress into senior roles quickly Supportive team environment with strong leadership Exposure to high-end commercial fit-out projects
