Apartment Maintenance Technician

Position

Full‑time Maintenance Technician

8:30 – 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday; on‑call every other week (bonus of $100 for on‑call weeks and minimum 1.5 hrs paid for emergencies)

$21–23 per hour plus a quarterly bonus of up to $750

Breckenridge Apartments, 239 Orville Street, Fairborn, OH 45324

• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Turn and make units ready between tenant occupancy
• Complete repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
• Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned
• Perform exterior structural maintenance as needed
• Assist in property grounds maintenance and snow removal as needed
• Assist in coverage of the 24/7 emergency on‑call system

• High‑school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in the maintenance field preferred
• 6+ months of experience in apartment maintenance
• Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry
• Plumbing and electrical experience
• EPA Universal Certification a plus
• CPO Certification a plus
• Working knowledge of appliances, including washers and dryers
• Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process)
• A physical demonstration of your ability to complete basic job duties required during the interview process
