This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse at Fairfield Post-Acute Rehab, located in Fairfield, CA. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering medications, coordinating treatment plans, and providing direct patient care. Additional duties include collaborating with healthcare professionals, maintaining patient records, educating patients and families, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The role focuses on delivering compassionate and high-quality care to patients undergoing rehabilitation.

• Clinical skills, including patient care, wound care, and medication administration
• Knowledge of care planning, health assessments, and healthcare documentation
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in monitoring patient health and operating medical equipment
• Experience in implementing infection control and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
• BLS/CPR certification is required
• Prior experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation facility is a plus
