CNC Programmer

Seeking self‑starter, highly motivated individual to meet complex challenges in a manufacturing environment.

• This person is instrumental in the successful implementation of new jobs and machine tools, specializing in multi‑axis machining.
• Candidate must have extensive knowledge and experience with Solid Works software.
• The programmer will utilize Master Cam to program CNC mills and lathes. Our shop consists of Mazak, Okuma, and Toshiba CNC machine tools. This is a low‑volume, high‑complexity job shop environment.
• The programmer utilizes our ERP system to develop operating and set‑up instructions, shop routers, tooling lists, and specific job parameters.
• There is also a need to assist in fixture development, tooling specification, and other manufacturing techniques.
• The programmer provides shop‑floor assistance in troubleshooting machining processes and developing more efficient processes. Special projects may also be assigned. Estimating cycle time for new opportunities is also an important function.

• Min 3 years experience in Master Cam software.
• Min 5 years experience in CNC programming and blueprint reading.
