We seek practical, hardworking individuals to carry out our full range of maintenance processes to the highest standard. Planning ahead, time management and an eye for detail are essential attributes.

• Perform all maintenance tasks for synthetic sports surfaces to maintain high quality standards.
• Operate a range of ground maintenance vehicles and equipment, including tractor/ride‑on machinery.
• Fill out site reports and liaise with clients on site.
• Drive company vehicles and adhere to the Health and Safety policy.
• Travel across the UK (primarily Scotland from Falkirk, England from Leicester) and stay overnight when required, averaging 5–7 weeks per calendar year.
• Be willing to work over and above normal working hours; overtime will be paid.

• At least 2 years of line management or equivalent experience.
• Experience in synthetic turf maintenance, greenkeeping, or landscaping/grounds maintenance is desirable but not essential (full training provided).
• Valid driving licence.
• Experience operating tractor/ride‑on machinery preferred.
• Experience as a greenkeeper, groundsman, fine-turf industry professional, landscape gardener, ground maintenance operative, general maintenance worker, multi-skilled operator, or similar roles is an advantage.
