• Excel in proofs‑of‑value (POV’s) and collaborate with prospects and customers.
• Lead technology consulting and serve as reliable advisor throughout the sales cycle, including technical Q&A, solution design, configuration, customizations, and application of Classify
  360 functionality.
• Conduct technical product presentations and demos highlighting core features and business value.
• Assist with technical documentation for internal or external use.

• Extensive experience in a pre‑sales technical role.
• Ability to translate defined and fuzzy customer requirements into winning solutions.
• Applied machine learning, modeling, and data analytics.
• Strong coding skills in Python, scripting, and SQL.
• Experience presenting complex technology to technical and business decision‑makers.
• Proficiency in identifying technical champions and enabling their success.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 7–10+ years of relevant experience.

• Postman, K9, and REST API knowledge.
• Python, SQL, and scripting proficiency.
• Experience with unstructured and semi‑structured data.

• Ownership of Azure or AWS certifications.
• Microsoft tech stack:
  Exchange, SharePoint, Office
  365, Teams, One Note, etc.
• Data storage platforms:
  Isilon, Net App, Pure file systems, and others.
• Cloud services:
  Azure, AWS, Google, Box, Dropbox, Slack, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, and others.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Data Analytics.

Responsible for Classify
360 deployments including design, implementation, testing, and rollout for post‑sales delivery. Serve as a technical thought leader within the Service Delivery team and the wider organization. Collaborate with Sales Engineering and external client delivery teams to design, implement, and document Classify
360 solutions.

• Own overall technical responsibility for post‑sales Classify
  360 deployments.
• Design implementation strategies for data discovery, modeling, analysis, and remediation to solve client data challenges.
• Provide configuration, documentation, deployment, and top‑level support ownership of the Classify
  360 platform.
• Collaborate with VP of Security & Service Delivery to design, productize, and document Classify
  360 services.
• Generate, maintain, and grow relationships with customer teams.
• Communicate system architecture, configuration options, and other technical details to the customer project team, including executives, management, IT admins, engineers, and data stewards.
• Assume additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Display professionalism, quality service, and a “can do” attitude to internal members and external clients and partners.

• Enterprise search (Lucene/Solr) – design, develop, maintain search applications.
• Administration of Solr deployments – installation, configuration, security setup, monitoring.
• Operating systems – comprehensive knowledge of Windows and Linux.
• Programming – proficiency in Java, Python, or C++.
• Databases – strong understanding of relational databases such as Postgre
  
  SQL or MS SQL, ability to design schemas and write complex queries.
• Deployment & scaling on Kubernetes – experience with manifests, Helm charts, and scaling techniques.
