Job Summary

Customer Service Representative at Domino’s Pizza. This role involves interacting with customers, handling orders, and maintaining the store environment.

• Operate all in‑store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery to storage and to the work area.
• Prepare products and receive/process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
• Provide training and orientation for new team members.
• Communicate accurately with customers and co‑workers in person, over the phone, and in writing.
• Handle cash and make correct monetary change.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Minimum age 16 years or older.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and ability to use a calculator when needed.
• Ability to make accurate monetary change.
• Proficient with computer keyboards or touch screens.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb, push or pull heavy trays, and reach above 72 in.
• Adaptability to work in varying temperatures, and to handle exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces.

• Standing most of the shift; walking, sitting, lifting, and carrying common within the store.
• Tasks include standing for extended periods, lifting deliveries up to 72 in high, pushing and pulling trays, turning on/off oven controls, and reaching high or low.
• Work environment may expose employees to temperatures from 36 °F to 90 °F+ and occasional hot surfaces up to 500 °F.
