If you’re a local resident aged 16–17 and curious about joining our Snow sports team, we’d love to hear from you!
As a Junior Snow sports Instructor you will complete your APSI level 1 certification(s) in the early season and become an active support in our children’s programs alongside experienced instructor mentors. You’ll create memorable experiences through teaching, a supportive attitude, and your love for the mountain.

Requirement
To be eligible, applicants must be 15–17 years old as at 1 June 2026,
live locally under parental supervision during their employment, reside within the Falls Creek Resort or Alpine Shire area, and preferably be attending a local school.
- Strong skiing and/or snowboarding ability – skilled and confident on intermediate to advanced terrain in varied conditions
- Experience working or volunteering with children, young people, or in sports and recreation (desirable)
- Excellent communication and guest service skills, with fluency in spoken and written English
- A passionate, adaptable team player who brings energy, professionalism, and positivity to a fast-paced mountain environment
- Confident ability to communicate with others, and a strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and exceptional guest experiences
- A genuine passion for learning, teaching, and creating memorable guest experiences on snow
- Comprehensive in-house Instructor Training Program covering the cost of your first APSI course and exam

As a Junior Instructor, you will be employed with Limited Availability – Designed so you can balance other commitments.

Minimum: Twelve (12) days during the VIC July School Holidays (27 June–12 July 2026) and any four (4) weekends proceeding the school holiday period, during July and August.
