Accounts Receivable Specialist

Bethany Retirement Living has an excellent career opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist.

• Process monthly billings for resident services, including private pay charges, Medicaid, and HUD.
• Review and follow up on monthly aging reports.
• Perform collection functions according to established policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate census, demographic and billing information; post deposits.
• Assist residents and families with billing questions or concerns.
• Complete special projects and reports as assigned.

• 2‑year accounting degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational and technical skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
