• Lead multidisciplinary civil and environmental engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Manage all phases of project delivery including planning, permitting, design, construction, and compliance

• Develop and maintain client relationships and assist with business development initiatives (seller-doer model).
• Prepare and review technical reports, engineering designs, specifications, and proposals
  .
• Mentor and provide technical oversight for junior engineers and project teams.
• Collaborate across disciplines to deliver innovative and sustainable infrastructure solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, Geology, or related field
  .
• Minimum 6 years of experience in engineering consulting or environmental project delivery.
• At least 2 years of project management experience with client interaction.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6–12 months (ND/MN preferred).
• Demonstrated proficiency in technical design, project management, communication, and leadership
  .
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office
  ; familiarity with AutoCAD, HELP modeling, or HydroCAD is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or site visits.
