Role Overview

As a Field Staff Employee, here’s a big‑picture view of what you’ll do:

  • Care for seniors in their homes and in facilities such as clinics, medical offices, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospitals and schools
  • Examine patients, conduct assessments, document condition and report changes to the supervisor
  • Help with daily activities with basic cares in nursing and as an aide
  • Check vitals, measure intake/output, monitor blood glucose and document any changes, as needed
  • Administer medication, operate medical equipment and maintain a safe environment
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active nursing license
  • Active CNA or Med aide license within the state (transfer eligibility)
  • Experience preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
  • Demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, good communication and compassion
  • Must be 18 years of age, or older
