Vibra Hospital of Fargo is a 31‑bed critical care facility located in Fargo, ND. The hospital provides acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries, including trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation, and ventilator weaning. • Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise a plan of care for assigned patients and families while promoting the mission and values of Vibra Healthcare.
• Provide direct nursing care and delegate and supervise all nursing activities in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act.
• Demonstrate clinical competence, manage patient care, improve quality of care, establish professional relationships, and utilize professional skills.
• Fulfill the responsibilities of the hospital role and develop clinical expertise per specialty.

• Current, valid, and active RN license in the state of employment.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra‑approved vendor.
• Current ACLS certification from a Vibra‑approved vendor within six (6) months of hire.

• Previous acute‑care experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to project a professional image.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
