Responsibilities:

Answer phones

Keep call logs

Greet clients, attorneys, other visitors

Get conference rooms ready when needed

Pick up and distribute mail

Keep appointment calendar book at front desk

Order and stock office supplies

Keep coffee bars stocked and lobby in order throughout the day

Distribute incoming faxes

Drop off mail at the end of the day

Help with other office tasks as need

Qualifications:

Competent with MS Office/Excel

Detail oriented

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Able to communicate well

Pleasant disposition
