Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager is one of the most important positions within Walker Auto Stores and represents the face of the business while interacting with customers. The Store Manager plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the store, including fostering customer relationships to improve customer service, drive store sales and increase profitability, while maintaining high store standards while fostering a positive work environment.

Full Time Exempt Position
Essential Duties include but not limited to:
•Plan and direct the day-to-day operations of the store to help drive store success.
•Manage store employees, ensuring compliance and employee engagement.
•Create a culture of excellent customer experience with in the store.
•Monitor and manage Stores financial performance.
•Manage store inventory and minimize shrinkage.
•Continuously work to improve and develop relevant knowledge and skills.
