Behind Your Design is looking for a Vendor & Client Relations Specialist to assist with key functions of our business, in addition to providing support to the organization. This full-time role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on clear communication and task follow-through, and is eager to support the team by coordinating client orders, managing billing processes, and assisting with apparel and promotional product programs.

Job Responsibilities- Greet clients and customers
- Respond to general inquiries
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale in line with our core values
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
- Customer Service/Support
- Provide support to the management team
- Order products from vendors
- Monitor the progress/fulfillment of projects/orders
- Organize vendor profiles, reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files for easy access
- Perform billing and bookkeeping tasks:
- Process, prepare and record invoices and vendor bills.
- Verify, ascertain and determine the correctness of financial data.
- Prepare and maintain sales records with invoice and payment details.
- Track, record and maintain expenditure records with details.
- Work Style: Ability to build consensus and relationships among clients and the team. Ability to work alone and also able to collaborate with the team.
- Experience: Previous experience in billing or client services is a plus, but not mandatory. We welcome enthusiastic individuals seeking hands‑on experience.
- Communication
Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. - Prioritizing: Experience in time management and multi‑tasking
- Task Management: Ability to be a self-starter and finish tasks in a timely manner. The software we use to manage tasks is Asana; experience preferred but not required.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Full-time (Mon-Fri - 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM with working lunch)
- Paid Holidays
- Increases to 128 hours (PTO) after 12 Months

- Salary range, based on experience, starts at $40,000
