Supervisor Telecom Construction Underground

At Tel Com Construction, as a Field Supervisor on our team, you'll be responsible for supervising the day to day aspects of the project. The purpose of this position is to provide communication and leadership to the Foreman and crews. This work is local with occasional travel.

• Supervise the day‑to‑day operations
• Ensure job completion of assigned projects
• Provide communication and leadership to job Foremen and crew members
• Organize materials, equipment, and labor
• Verify locates, materials and billings
• Provide all required job reporting
• Complete as‑builts and redlines
• Actively participate in and take responsibility for safety, maintenance, production, and personnel related initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• Previous utility construction crew leadership experience is required
• Experience working with telecommunication MSA contracts is strongly preferred
• Good computer skills specifically database software and Excel
• Prior experience with Google applications is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
• Local work with occasional travel
• A valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical card
• Class A CDL license is a plus

• Frequent sit, stand and/or walk

The wage range for Supervisor Telecom Construction Underground is $75,000.00 - $95,000.00.
