We’re currently looking for skilled and motivated Residential Service Plumbers to join our high-performing team of service professionals.

Our technicians are paid weekly and enjoy top-tier compensation with uncapped earning potential
, giving you full control of your income based on your performance.

• Pay: $25–$45/hour base + uncapped commission
• Top performers earning $50+/hour
• Weekly pay

• Company vehicle (fully stocked)

• Install, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems and fixtures(toilets, faucets, water heaters, soldering, and general repairs)
• Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance
• Diagnose issues, troubleshoot, and provide effective solutions
• Interact with customers, answer questions, and provide clear cost estimates
• Respond to service calls and deliver high-quality workmanship

• Must be 21 years or older
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Minimum 2 years of residential plumbing experience
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems
• Service Titan knowledge is a plus
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Solid work ethic
