Quality Specialist

Valgroup is hiring a Quality Specialist to support our manufacturing facility in Findlay, Ohio.

• Maintain and manage the Document Management System (DMS)
• Support and promote ISO and SQF culture and related quality practices
• Assist with internal and external quality audits
• Support the Quality Manager with customer satisfaction surveys and related initiatives
• Analyze customer quality concerns and assist with issue resolution
• Maintain accurate quality records and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement efforts
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience required
• 2–3 years of quality and/or manufacturing experience
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and SQF standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with team members, supervisors, and cross-functional departments
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Experience supporting quality audits and compliance initiatives
• Familiarity with document control systems
• Problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment preferred
