Elliot is a full-service electrical contractor specializing in overhead and underground distribution, transmission, substations, lighting, traffic signaling, utility locating and industrial/commercial services.
Job DescriptionResponsible for locating, pinpointing the paths of cables, pipes and other conduits that carry utilities underground. Our efforts are driven by Quality and Safety to protect underground utilities from damage during excavation.
Qualifications- Able and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Computer proficiency.
- Ability to work in a confined space, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
- More than 5 years of experience preferred.
- Correctly, safely, and efficiently locate underground utilities.
- Thoroughly search for underground utilities in a designated area, accurately mark the location, complete the necessary documentation, and photograph each locate.
- Use a company‑provided vehicle, equipment, and laptop to document and close all tickets.
