Assist in the analysis of business processes, functions and procedures to determine the most effective business systems technology that meet the needs of the organization.
Assist in establishing systems specifications and objectives, based on business requirements and cost effectiveness, and provide recommendations to management personnel.
Participate in design and requirements gathering meetings to identify business solutions.
Assist data modelers to prepare models or design data models, and review models to ascertain that requirements are met.
Work with technical resources to ensure the accurate translation of specifications into workable application code.
Create Test Cases and Test Scenarios.
Validate and execute Test Plans and assist during the execution of User Acceptance Testing.
Participate in system development and design as a representative of the user community.
Identify business issues and document possible solutions.
Assist with planning and actively support pilot projects and roll-out tasks.
Experience working in Business Analysis and Software Development.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Demonstrated a good understanding of process design and documentation methodologies.
Demonstrated an understanding of design and production of quality deliverables and business case development.
Basic knowledge of or performed hands-on business and testing analysis with Agile software development projects.
A minimum of two years’ experience working in Business Analysis and Software Development..
Understanding of the Project Life Cycle in general and Agile Software Development Life Cycle in particular.
Basic technical background with knowledge of SQL and MS Office.
Knowledge of Agile development and testing principles.
Ability to create an effective business case, from defining the opportunity and analysing alternatives to presenting final recommendations.
Effectively gather, manage and document requirements, with graphical representation, and development of use cases.
Working knowledge in process design and requirements documentation methodologies.
Ability to prepare and maintain test plans
