Receptionist​/Admin Assistant

Overview

Job Overview Our client is a busy and growing manufacturing business with an on-site workshop, and we're looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Receptionist/Admin for Holiday cover. This is a key front-of-house role where you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from arrival to departure.

• Welcoming customers in person and handling incoming phone calls professionally
• Liaising between customers and departments
• Preparing paperwork as required
• Handling basic administrative tasks
• Photocopying, filing, making tea for guests etc
• Maintaining a clean and professional reception area

• Friendly, approachable, and confident communicating with customers
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment is advantageous, and previous experience in a reception role is preferred

  Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5 pm
