Night-Shift Water System Operator

Revolution is hiring for a Night-Shift Water System Operator position in Flint, MI. This role will oversee and maintain the water treatment system supporting the wash line.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Respond promptly to all safety incidents or emergencies, following established protocols and reporting procedures.
• Monitor and make appropriate adjustments to optimize water quality.
• Wear appropriate safety equipment while changing and dealing with chemicals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the plant and surrounding areas.
• Ensure proper disposal of waste materials and adherence to environmental regulations.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
• Maintain communication channels with team members on duty.
• Learn to run and make adjustments to the wash line and extrusion equipment.

• High School diploma, or GED required.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment is preferred.
• Perform well in a customer-driven, safety-conscious organization.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Ability to periodically lift and carry up to 25 lbs. Frequently lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for 12 hours in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Ability to work weekends and/or shifts with a strong work ethic and employment history.
