We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Office Manager / Executive Assistant to support the leadership team and ensure the smooth daily operations of our Ohio office. This hybrid role combines administrative leadership with high-level executive support, making it ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance organizational oversight with hands-on assistance to company executives.
Key Responsibilities Office Management- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a productive and professional workplace environment.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate facility maintenance, IT support, and office logistics.
- Implement and maintain office policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Support HR functions including onboarding, employee scheduling, and maintaining personnel files.
- Provide direct administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and correspondence on behalf of leadership.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Act as a liaison between executives, staff, and external partners.
- Assist with project management, tracking deadlines, and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative leadership role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and project management tools.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Professional demeanor and ability to represent the company to external partners and clients.
