Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting relevant details to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, corridors, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

Monitor access points and common areas, verify authorized entry when required, and report suspicious behavior, unsecured doors, lighting issues, and/or other property‑related concerns.

Support daily operations by completing assigned reports, communicating professionally with occupants and visitors, and following post orders and client‑directed protocols for the location.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
