AboutThe Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and propel the growth of our Global Sales Division. The ideal candidate is a proactive self‑starter with a strong background in sales, business development, and client relationship management. In this role, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivate strategic partnerships, and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
WhatYou Will Do
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive landscape in the secondary market across the US region (Consumer electronics such as Smart Phones, Tablets, Wearables, IT equipment, Headphones, Smart Home, Smart Keyboards, etc.).
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth, expand the customer base, and achieve sales targets.
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media platforms such as Linked In.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs, challenges, and business goals. It is important to build a strong base of customers for the types of products we support, and to show value to our customers for selling our products. We are very much relationship-based partners.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
- Identify and address objections and concerns that potential customers may have. Develop strategies and responses to handle objections effectively and turn them into opportunities for discussion.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive offerings to continuously refine the sales approach.
- Provide timely and insightful feedback to the management team regarding market feedback and customer preferences.
- Regularly review and analyze your sales efforts. Identify areas of improvement, measure key performance indicators (KPIs), and refine your strategies based on the results. Work with the manager to identify goals and how to reach them.
- Have a proven track record of success in business development and sales in the secondary market.
- Are bilingual (preferred).
- Possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate an ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Can work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Have excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Are willing to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

For this position the salary range is $45,000 to $55,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation and benefits opportunities include commissions and incentives.
