The Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) functions in a scrub role for operative and other invasive procedures including establishing and maintaining a sterile field, specimen handling, counts, medications/solutions, implants and instrument processing and may assist with circulating duties, as well as, participate in activities related to standards and quality improvement for the specialty and the department.
Job DescriptionThis is a seasonal contract. Shift: 09:00am start / 10 hour shift. 4 days a week, with call and response requirements.
Required Qualifications- Active national Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification.
- Knowledgeable of selected specialty.
- Ability to demonstrate sterile technique one-on-one.
