Schedule: 4/10 1st Shift

• Perform manual placement of through hole components on circuit card assemblies (CCAs).
• Operate semi-automatic assembly equipment used for component placement and clinching.
• Support production and manufacturing activities for avionics assemblies in a fast-paced environment.

• Manually place through hole electronic components onto CCAs with precision and accuracy.
• Operate semi-automatic contact machines to assist with component placement and clinching processes.
• Inspect assemblies to ensure proper component positioning and manufacturing quality standards.
• Support daily production goals and collaborate with manufacturing teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures within an avionics manufacturing environment.

• High School Diploma or GED
• 4+ years of experience running the Contact machine and hand placing through-hole parts on CCAs

• Associate Degree
• Prior work in avionics or defense manufacturing
• Familiar with through-hole insertion solutions (JUKI, Amistar, Contact)
• Ability to verify part orientation and part identification
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under general supervision with minimal instruction
• Team-oriented mindset
• Ability to troubleshoot straightforward issues
• Comfort working in less-structured task environments
