Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a creative, organized, and trend-savvy Social Media Content Creator to join our Marketing Team. This role will be responsible for developing engaging digital content that supports both our corporate cafés and franchise locations. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, understands social media trends, and can create high-quality content that strengthens brand awareness, drives guest engagement, and supports café-level promotions.

This position will work closely with the Branding and Operations teams to ensure content aligns with company initiatives while also supporting the unique needs of franchise partners.

• 1–3 years of experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or related creative roles
• Strong photography and videography skills
• Experience editing content using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Cap Cut, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of current social media trends and platform best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel locally and occasionally to franchise locations for content capture
• Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, retail, or franchise systems is preferred
• Passion for coffee, community, and brand storytelling is a plus

• Create photo, video, and graphic content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Linked In, and emerging platforms
• Capture in-café content at both corporate and franchise locations
• Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions, and company initiatives
• Edit short-form video content including reels, stories, and promotional clips
• Write engaging captions and social copy that reflect brand voice and drive engagement
• Collaborate with franchisees to gather local content opportunities and support local marketing efforts
• Monitor social media trends, audio, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant
• Assist with influencer collaborations, community engagement, and social campaigns
• Coordinate with the Branding Team on campaign execution and brand consistency
• Organize and maintain digital content libraries and creative assets
• Track social media performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Manage day-to-day activity across all company social media accounts
• Schedule and publish content using social media management platforms
• Monitor comments, direct messages, reviews, and guest interactions in a timely and professional manner.
• Engage with online communities and help foster brand loyalty
• Some evening and weekend content capture may be required based on events and campaigns
