the role of Project Manager (Building Engineering Services), we’ll count on you to:
- Plan and manage all aspects of small‑to‑medium building engineering design projects;
Data Centers, Semiconductor, Industrial, Infrastructure. Role will also directly support Senior Project Management team on large scale projects. - Actively participate in project pursuits and develop project scope.
- Independently coordinate work of professional staff of Architects and/or Engineers.
- Establish client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.
- Participate in reviews with various governing agencies for compliance.
- Conduct work sessions for design development and contract document in conjunction with multidisciplinary staff.
- Coordinate workload through entire project development, and ensure completion of documents on schedule.
- Track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed‑to schedule.
- Facilitate/participate in project reviews in collaboration with Accounting and technical team management.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Engineering or Architecture degree.
- Professional Engineer or Licensed Architect.
- PMP.
- Familiarity with earned‑value management.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- 7 years related experience.
- A minimum of 2 years project management experience.
- Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
