TTM strives to invest in team members at all levels from day one. This position is eligible for a 90-day evaluation that includes a pay increase if key performance indicators are met.
Duties & Responsibilities- Perform repairs and equipment installations throughout the manufacturing facility.
- Dismantle devices to gain access to parts requiring inspection or repair.
- Inspect equipment systems to identify possible failures and repair or schedule repairs as needed.
- Communicate the completion of all work performed by filling out a maintenance request or a preventative maintenance form.
- Communicate the status of incomplete tasks verbally and/or via email to the technician taking over the task or to the Maintenance Manager.
- Adhere to environmental, safety and health policies, plans and procedures.
- Complete all departmental documentation neatly, completely and accurately.
- Train other technicians in the skills required to perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Follow all safety measures when handling chemicals and hazardous waste with regard to use, mixing and disposing chemicals.
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English to perform the job.
- Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electro-mechanical equipment.
- Ability to use various tools, including basic hand tools (e.g., wrenches, screwdrivers, measuring devices) and power tools (e.g., drills, saws, grinders).
- Ability to follow technical data and instructions (e.g., operation manuals, schematics, diagrams).
- Ability to stand for the shift and lift 40 pounds without straining.
- Team-oriented and good interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work holidays and weekends based on coverage needs.
- Able to communicate well with others, from Engineers to Associates.
- 3 years of preventative maintenance, repair and/or installation of industrial/commercial electro-mechanical equipment using skills associated with trades is preferred.
- Licensing and journeyman status is preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on location, role, skill set and experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
