ASSISTANT OPERATIONS (SCHEDULING) MANAGER- SECURITY GUARD SERVICES INDUSTRY
American Security Services in Forest Park is looking to hire an Assistant Operations Manager (AOM) to oversee all aspects of our company’s Operations team, including but not limited, to:
Proper staffing decisions, training of new officers, interviewing and onboarding new employees, 'writing/overseeing of' the schedule for 250+ security officers, managing Field Supervisors/Operations managers, and the creation and maintaining of our Standard Operating Procedures used in our office. AOM’s will also have the opportunity to sell accounts through and generate commissions if they so desire.
We are seeking a self-motivated individual that is driven to succeed. The candidate should be proficient at managing others, competitive, organized, detailed and intelligent with strong math, written and verbal communication skills. Applicants should be innovative thinkers that are tech savvy and accomplished in Social Media, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Cloud Computing. The candidate should have a college degree (preferably a business major) and experience in a parallel business. We would consider an individual without a college degree if they have extensive experience in a related field and the necessary skill set. In addition, we would consider grooming a recent college graduate if their education, skill set, and personality fit the above description. We are looking for an individual with integrity and a strong work ethic that wants to be treated as a partner, not an employee.
