AVASK Global Compliance is a rapidly expanding international firm specializing in VAT, tax and accounting for e‑commerce businesses. We assist hundreds of Amazon FBA sellers as well as entrepreneurs across eBay, Shopify and many other platforms, providing comprehensive expertise from practical guidance on cross‑border transactions to ensuring full compliance.

Due to continued growth, AVASK is now recruiting a Business Development Administrator to support and provide customer service to our diverse client base.

• Facilitate the setup of new clients, meticulously handling VAT & EPR registration documents.
• Engage with clients, colleagues, and external partners via phone and email, ensuring clear and professional correspondence.
• Keep up to date with industry developments, proactively seeking knowledge to enhance expertise.
• Tackle ad‑hoc tasks efficiently, demonstrating flexibility and resourcefulness.
• Skilfully handle a diverse client portfolio, delivering exceptional service.
• Monitor and meet deadlines consistently, both for routine tasks and unexpected requests.

• Proven experience in a customer service based role.
• Enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Works well in a team as well as independently.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Keen eye for detail.
