We do this through business valuations, 1:1 consulting, and online programs.
We work with companies between $0 - $30 million in revenue across the United States in various industries. We have the feel of a small business with the resources of a multinational company.
Exit Factor is the sister company of Transworld Business Advisors, the world’s largest business brokerage franchise. Our South Florida office is shared with Transworld, giving our consultants a unique opportunity to build strong referral relationships with active business brokers and work alongside professionals directly involved in business sales and acquisitions. This close connection creates a powerful advantage for consultants looking to grow their network, generate high-quality referrals, and deepen their exposure to the M&A and exit planning space.
Whatthe Job Is:
Our Business Coaches and Consultants work with small to mid-sized business owners to help them increase their companies' profit, efficiency, and value. Our consultants engage with new leads, convert them to clients, and work with those clients in 1:1 sessions based on our proprietary method and system. We have a full training and certification program and provide house leads and an automation/nurture system designed to increase your efficiency.

In this position, you will have the chance to interact with numerous businesses across hundreds of industries, gaining knowledge and learning not accessible in most positions.
Day to Day responsibilities include:- Building relationships with exit planning partners like lawyers, accountants, financial planners, and business brokers.
- Outreach to business owners via networking, direct mail, cold calls, and other preferred prospecting methods.
- Conducting 1:1 consulting sessions with clients following the Exit Factor system.
- Providing additional resources in our online curriculum to enhance sessions.
- Participating in initial training and certification and continuing education.
- We have recently expanded Exit Factor with referral relationships with more than 100 partners across the U.S.

- Ability to expand and contract your work as necessary: scale from micro to full time hours.
- Preferred related experience: personal exit or sale experience, previous business consulting/coaching, and related exit strategy or M&A experience.
- Computer proficiency is required, including conducting Zoom presentation meetings.
- Some experience in a customer-facing role or a love for customer interaction.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication with particularly strong phone skills.
- Enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and business.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: a proactive, driven, strong desire to succeed, competitive, committed to accomplishing objectives, opportunistic.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the following technology systems or ability to figure it out:
Microsoft Office Suite, Hub Spot, and Zoom.
- Proven and proprietary consulting system.
- Initial training and certification.
- Continuing education and training with a community of other consultants.
- Design your own schedule.
- Ongoing training and support.

This is a 1099 contract position. Payment is commission only + share of revenue managed.
As with many entrepreneurial, commission-based careers (similar to real estate or financial advisory), building a strong client base takes time. While Exit Factor provides training, systems, and support, consultants should expect a ramp-up period as they develop their own pipeline and long-term clientele. For this reason,
ideal candidates should have the financial runway to support themselves for at least six months to build their client base comfortably
