Registered Nurse; RN- OB​/GYN Coordinator

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to support our OB/GYN providers with patient call-backs, coordination of care, and clinical support. This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys patient communication, clinical follow-up, and working closely with providers to ensure high-quality care.

• Handle GYN-related patient call-backs, including lab results, imaging results, medication questions, and follow-up instructions
• Coordinate patient care plans, referrals, and follow-up appointments
• Triage patient concerns and elevate appropriately to providers
• Support providers with clinical tasks and documentation as needed
• Collaborate with medical assistants, front office staff, and providers to ensure timely patient care
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in the EMR
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and patient privacy standards

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• OB/GYN or women’s health experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced clinical environment
• Proficiency with EMR systems (eClinical Works)
• Patient‑centered, team‑oriented approach to care
