Position: Senior Project Manager / Seller-Doer – Utilities Engineering

Overview

An exciting leadership opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Seller-Doer to drive the growth and delivery of utility infrastructure projects across the Southwest Florida market. This role is ideal for a highly motivated engineering professional with a strong background in utilities engineering, proven business development success, and established client relationships within the Fort Myers and Naples region.

Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will lead complex water, wastewater, and utility infrastructure projects from planning through execution while playing a key role in expanding market presence and strengthening client partnerships.
  • Lead technical project leadership with strategic business development responsibilities and mentor project teams.
  • Managing utility infrastructure projects, developing new business opportunities, preparing proposals and presentations, mentoring project teams, coordinating with municipal agencies and stakeholders, and supporting regional growth initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in utilities engineering and project management
  • Strong background in water, wastewater, and utility infrastructure projects
  • Proven business development and client management experience
  • Existing relationships within the Fort Myers/Naples market strongly preferred
  • Florida utilities engineering experience highly preferred
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
  • Ability to manage projects, budgets, and client expectations effectively
