PROLAB is currently looking for a Sales Representative to develop and grow the Alberta territory
.

Your Role:
Grow the Territory from All Angles

This is a hybrid sales role combining distribution development and direct B2B growth.

  • Build and strengthen relationships with key distributors and their sales teams
  • Drive sell-through and product adoption within partner networks
  • Identify and develop direct B2B opportunities with end-users
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting, negotiating, closing

    Train and support partners and clients on product applications
  • Execute a clear strategy to maximize territory performance

The Profile We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who can navigate both direct sales and indirect channels with confidence
.

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience (B2B and/or distribution environment)
  • Proven ability to develop business both directly and through partners
  • Strong skills in relationship building, influence, and closing
  • Structured, autonomous, and results-oriented
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable operating as an independent contractor
  • Proactive, sharp, and solution-driven
Assets
  • Experience in automotive, industrial, or heavy equipment sectors
  • Familiarity with distributors such as NAPA, Carquest, or similar
