Senior Accountant Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: As a Senior Accountant, you will oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Month-end Close: Lead the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.
• Audit Preparation: Prepare schedules and assist with audit requirements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Variance Analysis: Conduct detailed variance analysis to provide insights into financial performance and drive strategic decision-making.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in accounting operations.

Preferred Qualifications of the Senior Accountant:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred.

• Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
