Golden Years Homestead is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to help keep our senior living community safe, clean, and well-maintained. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in facilities maintenance. Training is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

* Complete work orders and basic maintenance tasks

* Assist with repairs, painting, floor care, and building upkeep

* Support groundskeeping and seasonal outdoor maintenance

* Help maintain supplies and equipment

* Follow safety procedures and work as part of a team

Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED

* Valid driver's license

* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

* Maintenance, construction, landscaping, or trade experience is helpful but not required
