Nights- Machine Op

Machine Operators are responsible for safely operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment used in the production of high-quality fasteners and suspension components. This position requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. This company is a leading manufacturer of large-diameter U-bolts and specialty fasteners serving the heavy‑duty truck and trailer suspension industry.

• Second Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
• $18.00hr.

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
• Set up machines and adjust controls as needed for production runs
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

• 2 years of machine op experience
• Basic mechanical skills and mechanical aptitude required
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
