The F 35 Mission Data organization is in need of a Mission Systems engineer with an understanding of EW and RF principles to help deploy the Common Reprogramming Tool  CRT  to our customers  The CRT will effectively provide our customers with a more efficient, robust approach to rapidly reprogram Mission Data Files  MDFs  for F 35 mission operations   The selected candidate will be responsible for system test strategy and execution;

leading the system integration and test team for CRT, defining capability test points, developing test plans and procedures, and reporting test metrics to leadership and senior management   The selected candidate will also be responsible for export of test documentation related to CRT and CRT exportability  Key areas of responsibility are: CRT System Test, Test Metrics, Cross Functional leadership, Integration & Test, Export Control, and Software Development

Candidate must be able to obtain a clearance and must process for a company sponsored interim secret prior to start

 Must be a US Citizen  This position is located at a facility that requires special access

* Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in STEM or technical related discipline, or equivalent experience

 Mission Systems Design and Development experience  Radar, Electronic Warfare  EW , Comm/Nav/Ident  CNI , etc  

Requirements Derivation and System Modeling Experience

Experience leading a project or team

Strong Cross Functional Leadership Skills

Strong work ethic and self motivation

Strong program management planning skills to include logical task structure, estimating, etc

 Strong Communicator and ability to train and/or present technical content to others

Experience with design, programming, and testing of Radio Frequency  RF  Electronic Warfare  EW  systems

Hands on experience with Laboratory, Field, and Flight Test of Electronic Warfare Systems  EWS  and Electronic Counter Measure  ECM  Systems"

** Schedule for this Position:
